Hard copy after email

After sending a mass email, you have the option to send it via hard copy to those who do not have email addresses. Love this feature!

However, when sending the hard copy, is there a way to send one copy per household so the same memo isn't going to the same address twice? I know when you email if people in the household have the same address it only sends it once, I would love to only have the hard copy developed for EACH household, instead of one per person.

Right now I have to go in and add the spouse name and delete the extra memo that is being sent.

PDS Express mass email sends to the email addresses of people who meet the specified criteria. When a hard copy is produced it is based on email addresses and not mailing addresses, therefore, you may have multiple hard copy memos going to the same mailing address. Addressing the hard copy memo using the household name and address does not insure that the correct person will receive their intended mail. You have the option to put all hard copy memos with the same address in the same envelope and mail to the household address. Thank you for you suggestion. We will consider ways to streamline this process in the future.
